Products and condition

Most printers we sell are certified preowned: imported used units that we test, clean and check before listing. Each product page says whether a unit is preowned or brand new, and describes its condition. Photos show the model; the unit you receive may differ in small cosmetic details.

Prices and stock

Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Stock is limited and changes quickly, so an order is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before delivery and you can cancel at no cost.

Ordering and payment

• You can order through checkout on this site or directly on WhatsApp.
• We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa. With Cash on Delivery you can check the printer before you pay.
• We never ask for an advance payment for delivery within Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Delivery

We deliver across Rawalpindi and Islamabad, usually the same or next day. Orders to other cities are by arrangement — we agree the courier and its charge with you before dispatch.

Warranty, returns and repairs

Every printer comes with a 7-day replacement guarantee and a 2-month service warranty, repaired at our own shop. The full terms, including what isn't covered, are in our return & refund policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you ordered apply to your order. For any question, see our contact page.
