Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your printer and support it afterwards. We don't sell your details, and we don't run ad trackers on this site.

What we collect
When you place an order at checkout we save:
- your name and phone / WhatsApp number,
- your city and delivery address,
- any notes you add, and the printers in your order.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we see the number and the messages you send, the same as any conversation.
What we don't collect
- No card or bank details — most orders are Cash on Delivery.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No customer accounts or passwords.
Your cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you place an order.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order and arrange delivery.
- To honour the 7-day replacement and 2-month service warranty on your printer.
- To answer your questions about repairs, toner and servicing.
We only contact you about your own order or when you message us first.
Who can see it
Only the Printerwaala team. Orders are stored in a secured database that only our own server can read, and pages are served over HTTPS. We share your address and phone number with a delivery rider or courier only when it is needed to deliver your order.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as your warranty runs, and then for our own sales records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time after your warranty ends.
